Well, it all began in September 2015. My daughter Josie was asked to model at Lightpro (a photography conference) on Hilton Head Island SC. Being a minor I had to stay with her, so I thought, I have a camera I will just sign up for the classes. So I gathered my Little red Nikon D3100 and headed to hang and learn with some other photographers. LOL, I showed up and realized I was just another mom with a camera and thats it. It was embarrassing to stand next to these awesome photographers with all this cool expensive gear but I continued to learn the camera I had. I learned so much from so many that have become my friends and mentors, After attending Lightpro I was obsessed with learning anything and everything about taking better images, learning Lightroom and Photoshop. I miss Lightpro terribly because they became my family and every year my mind was flooded with so much awesome information. Well, that's it for today but hopefully more cool things will flow from this blonde head of mine.
This image attached was one taken my first year at Lightpro. I knew nothing about lighting, shadows, posing, and alot of other crazy techniques that I have learned over the years.
